Quote requests may include your name, email, WhatsApp number, location, travel plans, cosmetic goals, budget range and optional information you choose to share about your dental situation. Provider applications may include business and contact details.
Why we collect it
We use the information to operate the quote-matching service, respond to inquiries, route requests to potential providers when you consent, improve the site and prevent abuse.
Sharing with providers
If you submit the patient quote form and consent, we may share your request and contact information with up to 3 independent dental providers so they can respond. Those providers have their own privacy practices.
Health information
You do not need to provide detailed medical records through our form. Optional dental information is used only to help providers understand the context of your inquiry. If a clinic requests photos, X-rays or records, ask how they secure that information before sending it.
Analytics and referral data
We may collect basic page, referral and campaign information such as UTM parameters to understand which pages and sources generate inquiries.
Referral relationships
We may receive marketing, lead or referral compensation from dental providers. Compensation does not change your treatment price unless a provider explicitly says otherwise.
